The humans are captivated by Par and are forced to enter a battle with another species (Vokkana) which is not theirs to fight. Will Eleanor fight a war that is not her's to persuade? Will she let humans and Par die? And if she decides to battle will she be able to win? Will she deceive the Par? ................ I really enjoyed the fact that it was narrated by first person which made the story more interesting and beautifully detailed. ................. I am greatly impressed by the way author embellished the story with humor
